Observation

the provider's medication is stored upstairs and there is a gate on the stairs but there is a gap in the gate so that the provider dog and go upstairs if she wants. Because of that gap - a small child may be ble to squeeze through that gap - which would make the medications in the upstairs bathroom accessible to the children.
